Deeptime Mini Story by MJ Zimmerman (psychotherapist) Albuquerque, NM (US): Working on environmental or social justice issues, I meet people anxious about the future of our society and of Earth. When I share that we are part of a vast emerging universe, full of immense energy and creativity, and that our desires for justice and for a healthy Earth are the universe acting in us, it frees them to do their work with more hopefulness. Many people are drawn to transforming how we relate to each other and the Earth community. Through them, the universe will inspire solutions we cannot yet imagine. We’ve been astounded by the number of comments from participants about how they finally feel at home in this community and Leadership Program, and that connecting themselves to the larger picture through multiple ways of knowing has had a significant psychological impact on their lives. Deeptime Mini Story by Rebecca Sophia Strong (psychotherapist, cosmic story teller): Halfway through a performance of Cosmogenesis, a man entered off the street. He sat listening. After hearing the 13.8 billion-year story, people speak. When he stood, this man said; “I walked in here tonight thinking I was just a black man. Now I feel differently. Now I know that I belong. This program is an incubator where you can explore your passion, deepen your understanding, and synergize with others in applying the New Cosmology in your life and putting it into action in the world. You will be amazed and inspired by the remarkable people participating in these courses. You’ll spend part of the time in Home Pods, a consistent small group of other program members that you’ll be with through the whole program.

Module 1:
Introducing the New Cosmology
Section 1: Sept. 20 to Dec. 13
Section 2: Sept. 22 to Dec. 15
Explore the universe from a Deeptime perspective that sees the cosmos as: 1) our largest context, a vast differentiating single entity; 2) our matrix, a communion of interconnected relationships; 3) subjective, a field of self-organizing creativity in which we’re embedded and have our being; and 4) a domain where action means participating in evolution. Explore the science and meaning of these four principles and how they provide a revolutionary approach to leadership, self-empowerment, and transformation.
Module 2:
Applying the New Cosmology
Section 1: Jan. 10 to March 20
Section 2: Jan. 12 to March 22
How does this expanded deeptime view empower personal and cultural transformation in daily life? We explore what this model of the universe means for innovative leadership, community renewal, and decision making. Leading experts from around the world will present examples of applying these principles in ways that have inspired thousands of people in all sizes of organizations in the fields of law and governance; religious, spiritual, and cultural renewal; education and learning; and psychotherapy, healing work, and other fields. You’ll have a chance to work with mentors in different areas including: current issues, institutional change, and movement building; religious and spiritual practice; therapy and healing; education; evolving culture through rituals and ceremonies; and indigenous and Ecozoic ways of knowing.
Module 3:
Deeptime Leadership Practicum
Section 1: April 3 to June 12
Section 2: April 5 to June 14
In the third module, we harvest the wisdom of the first two modules and apply it to personal and communal projects. Working with highly-skilled mentors and in peer supported pods, participants can synergize and accelerate the creative process of implementing their projects and sharing their passion with the world. Participants will learn innovative approaches to decision-making, emergent dialogue and leading from their own creative center while skillfully navigating diversity, adversity, and the uncertain terrain of the emerging future. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their projects with their peers and the larger course community.

we can assist in the emergence of a new form of human presence that aligns with,
supports, and enriches the natural systems

Our Learning Management System
We use Sensei integrated with Buddypress so that participants can engage in asynchronous course discussions, and share resources, profiles, and information about their organizations. We’ve had experience using this technology with people of all levels of technical capability. If you have any questions, we’re right there to help you. All meetings are recorded. The course will remain open for one year so you can view recordings, stay in touch and continue to share thoughts and resources with others sharing the journey with you. Our fearless developer, Mohit Sharma, stands at the ready to solve any tech problems that might crop up a long the way.

Credit: There’s an opportunity to receive credit for this program through Antioch University’s Individualized Master of Arts Program.
Professional Development Options: Participants can receive professional development hours for individual modules for the whole nine month program. Approved by AMS, 62 PD hours for the nine month program.

Others may find that it’s too much of a commitment at this point in their lives. Join an Info Session to further your discernment process. Completing the application in step 2 will also help your discernment process.
