The Scientific Basis for Christogenesis, Part 1
Click for this Resource! The unifying force of the multiple cannot be composed of the multiple – Teilhard de Chardin
What follows is Part 1 of a three-part series on the science of Christogenesis. Part 1 introduces the ongoing challenge of closing the gap between religion and science on the science side, naming the paired-opposites (reciprocating energies) forming unity between two separate appearing worlds, and the current data that supports how that unity is formed. Part 2 refines the definition of same, identifying how these paired reciprocating energies are at work on a broader cosmic scale, to date numbering 28 phenomena (and counting) found at all scales of the universe, micro to macro. It also delineates the subtle, vertically caused, and more powerful half of those paired opposites that operate like a shadowy doppelganger, THE widespread organizing spiritual principle (radial energy) of cosmic love and complexity that overlaps and connects all things at all scales. Part 3 links several important themes usually considered separate yet are converging: light energy, the Cosmic Christ, cosmic energy/information fields, spirituality, sacred geometry, and plasma physics – working together in the material order innermost and outermost in seamless unifying synergy. Part 4 is a summary, explaining how the Cosmic or Universal Christ was the original message taught by the early church from the outset until it became supplanted by the religion of the empire serving toxic patriarchal ends for 1500 years. And how the acquisition of knowledge in western culture and education became a more exclusive left-left brain endeavor from ancient times, remaining prominent throughout various historical periods up to the present, where it continues as an outdated stronghold in academics and scientific circles today.
These dynamisms are the hidden mechanisms that link and reconcile qualia and quanta, radial and tangential energy, head and heart, metaphysics and physics, religion and science toward fulfilling Teilhard’s vision of a complete spirit-science paradigm and telling a new universe story.
To set perspective, Teilhard’s cosmogenic model is a sweeping evolutionary vision that primarily integrates cosmology, biology, psychology, and theology, seeing the universe as unfolding in distinct stages, each building upon the last, all moving toward a final unifying point of divine convergence called the Omega Point. The main stages are Pre-Life (where pure energy condenses into matter and complexity increases); the Biogenic Stage (life emerging from single cells toward consciousness and mind); the Psychogenic Stage (or Noogenesis, the evolution of consciousness, self-reflection, language, rational thought, culture, society, and dawning spiritual awareness, creating a thinking layer around Earth like the biosphere, but made of minds); Collective Convergence stage, (humanity begins to interconnect through information and shared knowledge, in internet-like fashion); and lastly Omega Point (all complexity and consciousness converge in a single point of divine personhood, a transcendent divine attractor — identified with the Cosmic Christ (christogenesis), where homo sapiens finally come to the awareness of themselves as the conscious crossroad of the material and spiritual, quanta and qualia aspects of creation seamlessly co-present in a unified field of love. Teilhard, Faggin, and contemporary physics all point here.
According to Teilhard, spirituality is primarily abotu seeing. To “see” spirit and science in seamless co-presence is the defining hallmark of the Christogenic (divinized) stage of personal development and collective evolution, which at a minimum requires tolerance for paradox, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to integrate interior and exterior domains. This post-binary cognition heralds the birth of Homo spiralis, to use Teilhard’s phrasing: the person/species beginning to think beyond noogenic splits and separation consciousness to embrace systems-level unities.
The evolved and enlightened on the planet are past the integral Collective Convergence stage and into Christogenesis (divine-human convergence) so defined above, whereby the material and spiritual realms begin to fully merge their energies in a cosmogenic synthesis toward Omega. To further differentiate, Christogenesis is the process, the “magnet’s pull” toward Omega. The Omega point is the “pole (polestar) of the magnet,” Teilhard’s “ultraphysics.” “Ultra” means metaphysics, beyond the limits of current physics. Teilhard’s ultraphysics was his way of talking about a deeper, integrative physics, one that wouldn’t stop at describing matter’s mechanics but would also account for its interior dimension (radial energy/qualia: consciousness, energy, purpose, spirituality) within the same scientific framework. Classical physics described matter from the outside (tangential energy/quanta: measurable, spatial, mass-energy interactions) ignoring the inside of matter, its tendency toward complexity consciousness and unitive consciousness as an experience. This left science incomplete, as the cosmos clearly had a within that pure mechanics couldn’t explain. Physics and metaphysics, radial and tangential energy are one continuum, interrupted only by binary thought (separation consciousness) that divides them, and has a singular stake in their continued divorce. Yet human thought and perception are converging toward unitive consciousness, and homo sapiens toward a metahuman species. Matter and spirit are two faces of the same cosmic substance which Teilhard did not name, but which the author prefers to refer to in this three-part monograph as Homo elector, electromagnetism (light energy) incarnate. If Spirit is the highest part of matter, then matter has an invisible “within” at every scale, an interior aspect that eventually energizes psychosexual, psychosocial, and cognitive stages of human development, later blossoming into spiritual consciousness. In Teilhard’s vision, the Christogenic stage is not only involves entry level unitive consciousness toward Omega itself but is the decisive evolutionary stage in which humanity becomes conscious of the whole cosmogenic evolutionary continuum, and the Omega toward which it is moving and begins to align itself with it more intentionally.
Teilhard’s ultraphysics is a proto-theory of everything that already anticipates ideas in quantum consciousness research, panpsychism, and unified field theory, yet is explicitly oriented toward the Cosmic or Universal Christ as the ultimate unifying energy field. And in the author’s view, that field is a unified field fueled by One power with many apps — physical, mental, and spiritual — the organic definition of the Cosmic Christ whose self-identifier is “The Light of the World,” “he in whom all things consist and hold together” (Colossians 1:17) at the subatomic level.
Using contemporary examples supported by scientific data, Parts 1 and 2 in this blog series describe how and where metaphysics/physics, radial/tangential energies merge in synthesis, consistent with Teilhard’s unifying principle. That principle states that as complexity increases, so does consciousness. This unifying law undergirds all five primary stages and connects material evolution to spiritual evolution, from Pre-Life to metahuman.
The author’s proposed spirit-science synthesis honors and fulfills Teilhard’s evolutive teaching on the Cosmic or Universal Christ, the very definition of Omega emerging from his three favorite texts of the apostle Paul: “In him all things consist and hold together (Col. 1:17), “He fills all things (Col. 2:10), “Christ is all and in all” (Eph. 4:9) — not all in some.
Teilhard’s work and wisdom tradition are foundationally Christian. Yet as a scientist he understood that ultimately his vision must pass the test of scientific scrutiny, universal applicability, and theoretical plausibility in what he envisioned would one day develop into an ultra-physics. In his vision this development would allow for a more integrated, all–inclusive view of the cosmos in a spirit-science model with an evolutionary component, one having a beginning and end, Alpha and Omega. What follows is what the author believes is the best proposed model of that ultra-physics vision to date.
Again, an incarnation of this universal energy in Teilhard’s visionary model, this “Alpha and Omega, beginning and end” is Christ’s own self-definition, “The Light of the World,” an apt title, the significance of which will become clearer along synthesis lines as Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 in this series are further detailed. A more complete explanation of the trans-medium transfer of energy from radial to tangential, spiritual to material, is detailed in the author’s July 2025 blog entry, Crop Circles, Radial and Tangential Energy as Love. The contents of that entry are foundational to understanding how consciousness (Spirit) modifies itself as mind, body, and as an experience of the world via the senses.
This broad developmental vision made Teilhard see cosmic evolution in a single sweep from energy, matter, and particles to chemistry, life, culture, and technology. For Teilhard, unfolding from cosmo > to geo > to bio > to psycho > to anthropo > to noo > to Christo mode is a phasing trajectory that culminates in Omega, or unitive consciousness breaking-in on human awareness in a cosmic way, at the last creating a new phylum of advanced, spiritually conscious metahumans. Reiterating, the enlightened of our species is currently in collective noogenic mode, the global “mind” or information layer around the planet (e.g. internet, social media, AI, shared knowledge), where social, scientific, and spiritual complexity increase, advance, and transcend in Christogenesis mode, on the road to cosmic/universal (spiritual) consciousness. (Omega).
For purposes of establishing a scientific basis for Teilhard’s model, this column will focus on beginnings, the emergence of energy and matter from the Big Bang creation event, with a particular focus on the granular nature (essence) of that energy, the foundation for all later evolutionary phases upon which matter is modified from Spirit (consciousness), and begins to organize into atoms, molecules, galaxies, and stars.
Upon attaining Omega, the age of nations, ethnicities, and tribal religions as human self-identities will have fully passed, having transitioned into the blossom and fruit of the future-looking Omega Age. As Teilhard’s narrative goes, such transformed persons would see themselves and others as spiritual beings having a human experience, each complete with a spiritual identity (God-self) and set of edifying gifts and talents to enhance the life of others, the environment, and world – as did Jesus and other enlightened religious worldwide.
Being vertically caused, Teilhard’s cosmogenic energies, radial and tangential, invisible and visible, have as their ontological cause, a origin in an absolute panspsychic One. This absolute One creates and defines Reality absolutely by virtue of its vertically caused essence or substance originating from the “within of things” dwelling in a variety of cosmic forms. But since Teilhard’s passing over 75 years ago, we continue to ask: In scientific terms, what exactly is that vertically caused, horizontally expressed universal energy or essence? To the person(s) who solve(s) that enigma awaits the Nobel Prize for Physics and Peace in one fell swoop. As THE scientist-priest of synthesis in his time, Teilhard couldn’t have left a better legacy, nor a greater integral foundation and challenge for those who follow to develop what is known in science circles as the Holy Grail of Physics.
Austrian physicist Erwin Schrodinger in 1908 left us a clue toward completing Teilhard’s vision, known by this phrase to which Teilhard subscribed and often repeated, “The total number of minds in the universe is one. In fact, consciousness is a singularity phasing within all beings.” The phrase implies that the apparent multiplicity of minds is just an illusion, and that there is only One universal mind above all, one consciousness that expresses itself in a myriad of ways at a variety of levels in space-time. He also stated that consciousness cannot be accounted for in physical terms, as it is absolute and fundamental, not caused by anything else, because as Source and unmoved mover it causes all else. That is, consciousness is bottom line or ultimate in the created order. One cannot get past or behind it. This reflects the idea of panpsychism, the view that all existence is permeated by consciousness as the underlying reality — rather than something that is an exclusive artifact of brain physiology or complexity.
Reasoning according to Schrodinger, consciousness is essence. Then what is consciousness, the so called “hard” problem of science? Hard because science prefers to dismiss qualia in favor of quanta, that which it can reduce to its smallest measurable part. As a text carries a message beyond its letters, so reality does its visible forms. Reality and knowledge are not captured by sterile equations on paper, but by the pulse of lived experience and the fire of life. So let’s define consciousness straightaway. Consciousness is the awareness that one is an aware being, pure energy (or spirit) totally devoid of thought or emotion. Pure energy/Spirit is that from which matter derives in evolution, and to which it returns in involution when matter dies. Pure consciousness can be activated and practiced in prayer meditative states, and because it has been shown to survive the body on physical death (NDE studies), consciousness resides in the space-time field, but is not of it. Say, the way a sunbeam can be in a room without being part of its material structure or furnishings, derived from its source millions of miles away. And like sunbeams, consciousness is non-local, meaning it radiates ambiently and everywhere in space-time.
While Teilhard’s wisdom tradition was Christian, according to Schrodinger its essence along metaphysical lines must be universal or cosmic in substance and application when scientifically identified. Teilhard indicated such would be discovered and clarified in subsequent generations, the result of future advances in physics and metaphysics (Teilhard’s “meta-Christianity”) no doubt joining classic and quantum physics, spirit and matter. As a species, the author believes that day is upon us and has been for some time. Facing the ravages of global warming, ecological unsustainability, overpopulation, mass migrations, and the constant threat of nuclear annihilation, Earth and its inhabitants find themselves fast approaching unsustainable survival mode, on the brink of Earth’s sixth great extinction.
It therefore incumbent upon the best of Earth’s inhabitants, post haste, to find a realized universal foundation on which to establish its identity in this universal oneness, a meta-science-based singularity or pure level of human consciousness attained, developed, practiced, and shared by all its global inhabitants. One world, one people. The future of humanity pivots on its social advancement based on an evolved consciousness and identity in this panpsychic unifying energy and information field.
Other than established leads in theoretical physics, wisdom in holy books, mystical insights in spirituality, metaphors in poetry, classic literature and philosophy, are there any indicators of an advanced intelligence or consciousness currently communicating with Earth? And can the origins of these indicators scientifically reveal what lies behind or within matter as Teilhard, Schrodinger, Tesla, and Einstein suggest? Indeed, there are, and thus far the latest scientific data, recently collated in Parts 1, 2, and 3 of this blog entry collectively support it.
However, though valid and replicable said scientific data has a stigma placed on it by mainline science and academia, along with disinformation tactics employed by military-industrial-aerospace programs competing for market share to exploit and weaponize its manifold energies. What has been questioned about the data lies not in the data itself, but how this censoring a-theistic scientism (scientific materialism) and academic communities feel about the data, which otherwise stands on its own merits as measured by scientific standards.
Such outside-mainstream scientific data comes from those scientists working in the lesser-known fields of alternative physics, plasma research, and secreted R&D electro–gravitic (anti–gravity) propulsion technology going back 75-80 years. A energy theme arises among these three research disciplines that reveals an energy dynamic pointing to a singularity common to them all, the trysting place of science and mystery where lies a cosmic generative energy and information field connecting religion and science, inner and outer worlds. And that energy is One power manifesting via many apps — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual operating at various sound and light frequencies throughout the planet and universe.
Any all-inclusive synthesis model must demonstrate the living nexus between what appear to be separate appearing disciplines, like physics and metaphysics. They are paired contraries occupying opposite sides on a liminal threshold between two separate appearing worlds. These paired contraries can only seen in their natural, one and undivided state in unitive consciousness, when both sides of the brain work together to integrate them. They are only separate appearing to binary or discursive thought which has a vested interest in their divorce. Otherwise there is no subject-object, observer-observed split in their pairing save in faulty perception caused by what physics refers to as wave function collapse, where only a portion of what’s objectively there is perceived by the senses when looked at or measured. This threshold, border, or synthesis “sweet-spot” doubles as the locus where higher-level consciousness becomes activated, realized, and developed, thereby correcting wave function collapse allowing third eye or spiritual vision that enables one to see in wholes. Such is life as experienced in liminal space, the integral nexus between the visible and invisible worlds. Tucked away in the plenum between worlds (liminality) lies the hidden unified field which Teilhard, Schrodinger, Einstein, Tesla, Rumi and others understood to be seamlessly joining both worlds. This is the unified panpsychic energy field, the locus and ground of being that religious and indigenous cultures worldwide traditionally call God or Spirit. It is the unified field of Spirit consciousness (third-eye vision) where apparent contraries, opposites, and paradoxes like science and religion are reconciled as one – reality seen as it is, not as we are. This third-eye vision is the result of unitive consciousness created only by spiritual awakening that sees both sides of a paradox (paired opposites) as true simultaneously. This is known as non-dual seeing and thinking, the only remedy for binary thinking (dualistic thinking) that is inclined to see and accept only one side of a paradox as true, aligns with it, and stops there. It is dualistic perception and thought that is so characteristic of scientific materialists who cannot and often will not see both sides of a given tension between paired-opposites as reconcilable, despite the evidence at hand.
Classical and Renaissance education (1300-1700) emphasized balance in whole-brain knowledge and development, when theology, the arts and sciences were all included in educating the whole person. During the Enlightenment period (late 17th and 18th centuries), a shift occurred in western education from whole brain to left-brain ways of thinking, still extant today, emphasizing analytical reasoning, logical sequencing, quantitative measurement, objective empirical observation, and language-based abstraction — all deeply aligned with the left hemisphere’s strengths. Right-brain associated modes have mostly been sidelined or treated as secondary “soft skills” rather than central to learning: holistic pattern recognition, metaphoric and symbolic thinking, intuition and felt meaning, aesthetic sensibility and creativity, contextual, and relational awareness weren’t totally neglected, as the arts, literature, and moral philosophy still had a place. But the dominant educational frameworks, especially in science, mathematics, and standardized testing have tended to privilege knowledge that can be codified, divided, and reduced to discrete units, rather than embodied, integrative, and experiential knowing.
Over time, this has shaped not only curricula but also what kinds of intelligence are most rewarded in academic and professional life. Some modern thinkers, like Iain McGilchrist in The Master and His Emissary, argue this imbalance has profound cultural consequences, narrowing how we perceive reality and undervaluing forms of knowing that integrate both hemispheres, allowing an understanding of the created order via full access knowing, one including rational, transrational, and intuitive ways of knowing. In the author’s view, left-brain only emphasis on education leads to a higher susceptibility to future generations being assimilated into a world where humans become inextricably entangled with technology. Such is already being developed, where the brain will be more fully interfaced and fused with technology toward transhumanism, engineering humanity as we know it toward extinction in a half-human, cyborg-like existence.
A product of Enlightenment education, Einstein became the icon of genius in his time. That genius lay in his masterful intellect and grasp of mathematics which led to his groundbreaking theories of special and general relativity and quantum mechanics, revolutionizing our understanding of space, time, gravity, and the universe. His ability to connect seemingly disparate ideas and develop complex theories from relatively simple postulates set him apart. Many declare that he solved the riddle of the universe. A few significant riddles, maybe, but not all, at least not the grand prize in physics, its so-called Holy Grail synthesis. General relativity remains incompatible with quantum physics, uniting the cosmic scale (big things) with the atomic scale (small things) by a single set of rules. Einstein was unable to synthesize the unity of forces that combine electromagnetism and gravity, thereby reconciling the paired opposites of qualia and quanta, quantum and classic physics, (Teilhard’s radial and tangential energy). Look for a “softscience” engineer to blaze that pioneering trail, perhaps one not elegant in physics or mathematics. Rather, an outlier anchored in the field of consciousness that lays behind mathematics, science, religion, intellect, inspirational ideas, and all visible things that exist co-presently — partly in eternity, and partly in time. A place in consciousness that Einstein never occupied, even at his imaginative best in renowned thought experiments.
Striving to solve the mysteries of the universe by capturing them in one inch equations via his brilliant intellect and mathematical abilities, successful in discovering special and general relativity, also kept Einstein from seeing (a) electromagnetism and gravity as paired opposites working together in a unified field of overlapping forces, (b) electromagnetism and gravity at work in cross-rotating generative energy and information fields of light operating in push-pull fashion from the supply and return plenum between two worlds, and (c) consciousness (panpsychism) as standing fundamental and irreducible (causal) behind all things, foundational to his famous brain, intellect, and mathematical genius.
The stage is set for the next revolution, a Copernican shift in evolution with a comprehensive view of the whole whose time has come, reconciling Teilhard’s radial and tangential energy, quantum and classical physics. And where are these unifying insights to be found? Right where they’ve always been since the Big bang event, not in the autopsied gray matter of the world’s next scientific genius, but lying in the narrow way (sweet-spot) between qualia and quanta, the visible and invisible worlds at all scales, innermost and outermost. Only the universe reflecting on itself in unitive spiritual consciousness can hold and resolve the tension of every and all apparent contraries found therein, the boon of the Christogenic era.
The future belongs to a different kind of person, one with attained unitive spiritual consciousness; scientists, inventors, story tellers, creative and holistic right-brain thinkers who can synthesize apparent paradoxes and complexities in an advanced age that will exceed the synthesis capabilities of the Cosmic Christ, far surpass the abilities of Einstein and those who followed in science, academia, and reformed educational curricula at all levels.
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and right-doing there is a field. I’ll meet you there — (Rumi).
In 2019 the author published a book, The Ambient Christ, The Untold Story of God in Science, Scripture, and Spirituality, introducing a theoretical framework that gathered visible evidence in nature and the cosmos that pointed beyond the shadow and disguise of the material order as an interface (display) between the visible and invisible, inner and outer worlds. The model detailed in ‘Ambient” outlined Teilhard’s ultra-physics in psychophysical (panpsychic) terms. That framework identified the patterns that energize, connect, inform, and transform all things, offering an inside-out perspective on creation’s unified field of ambient light, and a rare glimpse into the reconciling secrets of the spirit-science truth concealed therein. And it launched Teilhard’s notion of the Cosmic or Universal Christ into a scientific understanding of what the words “cosmic” and “universal” meant beyond narrow scientific categories, and the mere theological explanations of Teilhard, Matthew Fox, Richard Rohr, and Ilia Delio in their respective books, The Coming of the Cosmic Christ (1988), and The Universal Christ (2019), and The Emergent Christ (2011).
At the time Ambient was published, the author was searching for other data points to support his theory that the unifying mystery hidden in matter, infinitely small and great — is light (electromagnetism). That is, until now as specified in Parts 1 – 4 of these blog entries that point to paired opposites, (generative reciprocating energy and information fields of spinning plasma vortices) that form the unity of all things at all scales in the universe, calling for radical synthesis updates and reform of a Copernican nature in the fields of science and religion. With these updates, it is now possible to identify the ionized trans-medium material that transmits and converts light energy into matter and back which comprises 99.9% of the universe — plasma — the fourth state of matter. Not until they were recently discovered by this author as operative in crop circle formations, the imprint on the Shroud of Turin, anti-gravity propulsion systems, and in 28 other instances (and counting) at all scales in nature and the cosmos could such spirit-science transfer of energies be scientifically ascertained and affirmed.
This advanced generative energy and information field is vast, contains all things past, present, and future, is available everywhere, knows all things, and is permeable to space-time. And of late, along scientific lines communicates primarily through geometry, energy, resonance, sound, and light vibrations that in two instances referenced below burn an indelible imprint on the material order in bursts of high intensity thermal energy that occur in nanoseconds. This invisible energy originates from the interior of things at the cellular level from counter-rotating, electromagnetic energy and information fields in spinning vortices. In the examples given below, and perhaps in all of nature, said energy dynamic does not communicate in spoken or written language, save in ancient, sacred geometric images and binary code messaging. In many instances the panpsychic field reveals that there is a vibratory architecture to the material order that has only begun to be understood, manifested in undeniable measurable data that match quantum models.
In so doing this energy leaves mathematically precise representations of quantum behavior –not in abstract theoretical form, but as the foundation for everything from atomic clocks to nuclear medicine. One physicist declared that if these alluring, intelligently designed geometric formations are created deliberately, the intelligence behind them represent a level of understanding equivalent to advanced studies in quantum physics and beyond. The intelligence levels of said phenomena indicate that they understand humanity better than the latter understands itself. And said intelligences appear to be making efforts to interact with humankind via information left in glyphs, pictograms, and binary codes.
Reiterating, the three current phenomena where these energy and information field dynamics are operative and manifest in counter-rotating energy fields are found in crop circle formations, the Shroud of Turin (the purported burial cloth of Jesus Christ), and electromagnetic anti-gravity propulsion systems developed from downed off-world spacecraft by military-aerospace programs. Taken individually these three phenomena would seem to have little in common, or of little common interest to anyone outside these siloed subjects of interest — save for their common energy and dynamic in cross-rotating electromagnetic energy fields. Taken together they reveal an energy that may shed light on a pathway toward accessing alternative energies, creating planetary healing, developing individual wholeness, trans-religious harmony, peace on earth, and a solution to the spirit-science nexus enigma.
These rigorously studied science–mystery anomalies suggest that the hidden essence of life can be found in number, energy, pattern, vibration, and their interrelationship. If so, we must look at these mysteries through a broad transdisciplinary (spirit–science) lens as the underlying creative force/energy that comes from and returns to an originating source. And to see matter as the ink with which consciousness writes its own self-knowing, allowing us to edge closer toward an integrated understanding of the cosmos, and with it the fulfillment of Teilhard’s ultra-physics vision. In so doing we may glimpse at something whose luminous grandeur surpasses the known powers of ordinary thought and perception.
As nature does not give up her secrets easily, both science and religion are best served in the collaborative pursuit of unraveling her enigmas. Science, owing to its intellectual quest to study the structure and behavior of the natural world. Religion, because of its belief in a supernatural order that informs and controls the natural world and humankind; each, opposite sides of the same integral coin awaiting synthesis and resolution. Might these paired opposites, like all paired opposites lying on opposite sides of the liminal threshold between both worlds, similarly generate the energy that emerges from those counter–rotating fields displayed in these anomalous spirit–science mysteries? If so, such may reveal how the universe (a.k.a. God) creates, recreates, renews, and reveals itself in the cosmic order everywhere, and at all scales innermost and outermost.
The best secrets are often found where least expected, in places and things that are otherwise commonplace, overlooked, or regarded as ignoble and unseemly, unworthy of serious scientific or academic scrutiny. As in crop circles, because of the 20,000 reported worldwide, at best only 20% are legitimate science-mystery anomalies. The rest are man-made or hoaxes. Or in the case of The Shroud of Turin, because it is a religious relic, most of which in the history of the Catholic tradition have been proven hoaxes dreamt up by fraudulent, money-mongering clerics. How about anti-gravity propulsion systems, whose association with ET phenomenon, until recently, has been regarded the subject of supermarket tabloids and science fiction novels and film? Stereotypes and biases don’t die easily, especially in fields where investigators and the media would prefer to conflate them with truth.
In the case of crop circles and the Shroud of Turin, rigorous scientific studies point to counter–rotating electromagnetic energy fields at work manifesting in spiraling plasma vortexes engraving their respective images in matter. Scientifically conclusive in both crop circles and the Shroud, an invisible energy was found operative in creating both of their images that was issued from a powerful burst of electromagnetic radiation from deep within the cellular structures of the crop field plants (oats, wheat, barley, corn), and of the bloodied crucified man wrapped within the Shroud. In the case of the crop circles, that burst of energy, estimated at between 6000 – 8000 degrees F, produced more nutritious grains than the non-radiated crops, and whose seeds produced between 30-400% greater yields, all having been irradiated from the inside–out, not from an external source.
In the case of the Shroud, the radiation source of the image on the burial cloth issued from a burst deep inside the body producing the front and back images from a singularity (quantum zero–point) in opposite directions. Research physicists estimate the image was projected upward toward the top side of the cloth (front view) and downward toward the bottom of it from 34,000 billion watts of ultraviolet light, a rate of trans-medium energy transfer equal to that of a nuclear power plant. Even more astounding is that the cloth itself was carbon dated to the first century AD, bears the herring-bone weave of burial cloths made in the same geographic area in Israel, and is laden with pollen samples specific to that area as well. Most significantly, the burst of radiation conceivably resurrected a crucified man who had been dead three days!
*[for detailed information on how the trans-medium transfer of light energy phases from plasma to matter, see the author’s recent July 2025 blog entry on crop circle formations, and radial/tangential energy as love]
The Shroud image bears the image of a crucified man who bled from the same wounds, found in their exact anatomical location as described in the Gospels. Electromagnetism is another name for light energy, and along with consciousness and coded information is what physics declares is the animating catalyst behind the creation of physical matter at the nano-molecular and cellular levels. Scientifically verified, the image was made on the cloth by a high–intensity burst of light emitted from every three-dimensional point of the body in the Shroud, forcing scientists to conclude, with 95% accuracy, that the burial cloth is authentic.
In the author’s cosmogenic paradigm zero–point energy is identified as THE portal (“rabbit hole”) in the space-time field where the visible and invisible world connect via electromagnetic energy in counter-rotating spiraling vortexes of plasma, as in the case of crop circles and the Shroud of Turin burial cloth. As 99.9% of the material order consists of plasma, why are there relatively few plasma physics researchers worldwide (approx. 20,000) investigating same as a trans-medium state between quanta and qualia, the visible and invisible worlds?
As for electro-anti-gravity propulsion, think of the zero-point as the background hum of energy that’s always present in the universe, even in “empty space,” like CMBR radiation discovered by Penzias and Wilson in the 1960’s. Advanced propulsion systems can tap into this ever-present energy to generate power without using fuel, as zero-point energy is free, clean, and abundant, proposed as an alternative energy source to fossil fuels over a century ago by Nikola Tesla (see “The Lost Century,” Amazon Prime).
Counter-rotating energy fields are electric or magnetic fields spinning in opposite directions (paired opposites), like two gears rotating against each other. When two rotating fields around an object (like a disk-shaped craft) are created, they can cancel out inertia, distort space-time, and neutralize gravity. ET craft reverse engineering research projects indicate that off-world vehicles operate on zero-point energy, allowing them to travel across and between galaxies on free energy extracted from “empty” space without using solid fuels.
ET engineered spacecraft generate strong electromagnetic fields, spinning in opposite directions. These counter-rotating fields interact with the zero-point energy field creating a kind of “bubble” or warp in space-time. Inside that bubble, gravity is canceled or repelled, allowing lift and inertial-less movement.
Zero–point energy is the solution to earth’s greenhouse gas problem, and would have been implemented over a century ago (a) if the genius of Nikola Tesla in wanting to develop same was not suppressed and ignored, (b) if the greedy global coal, oil, and gas consortiums hadn’t conspired, then and now, to prevent that source of free energy from public purview using cut-throat means, and (c) if the international military–industrial–aerospace cabals, with subsidiaries in the U.S. weren’t hoarding its secrets for weaponizing purposes, spending trillions on secretive research and development programs, and billions on misinformation and disinformation campaigns to mislead the public.
In the USA, zero-point energy and anti-gravity propulsion systems were successfully reverse engineered from ET craft as far back as the 1950’s, kept secret from the public in “black projects” using trillions of off-the-books taxpayer dollars to fund same illegally, currently under congressional investigation.
To give you an idea of the magnitude, volume, and power of zero-point energy existing in this vacuum state everywhere in space, Nobel laureate and physicist Richard Feynman is reported to have said that “one cubic meter of empty space contains enough energy to boil down all the world’s oceans.”

The notion of light (electromagnetism) in association with divinity recurs over and again at key points in the creation and redemptive narratives of the Judeo–Christian scrolls. it is the favorite metaphor across religions in reference to Spirit or God.
The direct experience of same occurs only there (liminal space), activated in consciousness via the higher vibrational frequencies of spiritual realization, practiced in prayer, meditation, and perfected in the spiritual disciplines. In scientific terms the locus of Spirit is the zero–point field or vacuum state found everywhere, hidden in the magnetic still–point between the poles of paired opposites at all scales. This interior place was referenced by the Cosmic Christ as the “narrow way” located in the most interior part of the soul (spirit), and organically in nature (zero-point energy), comparing its animating effects in matter as acting “like leaven in bread.”
Teilhard did not claim divinity as electromagnetic in the scientific sense, careful to keep his synthesis notions in the philosophical-theological realm, not scientific physics. He was, after all, under strict censorship from his Jesuit order and the Vatican to teach and write only within those bounds. But he did use field–like gravitational or magnetic metaphors to resonate with how divinity operates in evolution and consciousness as a center of attraction, convergence, and energy toward unity in the Cosmi Christ.
Coming events tend to cast their shadows before. In an archetypal sense perhaps Teilhard knew more than he realized, having been a contemporary of both Einstein and Tesla, though he never met either. A censoring religious tragedy, it was, because at root the latter two scientists knew convincingly that material creation is all about electromagnetism, resonating sound and light waves vibrating at different frequencies. Ironically, all three were U.S. citizens at the same time, Einstein and Teilhard having died within days of each other in 1955.
Nonetheless, in evolution nothing happens before its time as evidenced by the profound arc in the history of science that these three men were a part of in their time, each holding a piece of the synthesis mystery preparing to merge and congeal in these post-modern times. And that arc follows a pendulum swing from its theistic origins, through a phase in a-theistic scientific materialism/reductionism, to its current shift back toward a post-materialist, unified theistic view of reality (synthesis)
Most early scientists were deeply religious, often Christian, and saw science as a means to understand God’s creation. Their belief in a rational, lawful universe stemmed directly from their theology (theistic notables: Newton, Kepler, Boyle, Galileo). These thinkers believed that nature was intelligible because it had been created by God. By the 18th-19th centuries, particularly during the Enlightenment and the rise of empiricism and mechanistic philosophy, science began to distance itself from theology in binary or dualistic thinking (separation consciousness), head separated from heart, quanta from qualia (dualistic notables: Descartes, Laplace, Darwin, Marx, Freud). The dominant view became scientific materialism, where only matter and energy exist, and everything — including mind and consciousness – are reducible to physical processes.
This era often viewed consciousness as a by-product of brain chemistry that led to notions of chemical evolution, with purpose or meaning (qualia) as irrelevant to science. The so-called “intelligentsia” was well on it way to the Bionic Age, knowledge without knowing, head without heart, data use without critical thinking, over reliance on technology, and lack of creativity in human interaction.
The 20th century changed all that with the tectonic shift created by quantum mechanics and relativity. This radical shift saw the cracks in and challenged the assumptions of classical materialism toward the non-material influences in consciousness, information theory, and metaphysical interpretations of physics. Thus, the pendulum arc shifted again, away from a-theistic materialism toward the integration notions of the original theists, as human thought processes are wont to do, abandoning universal principles in the search for ultimate truths. It is in the excluded middle that scientific truth was initially formulated and must return, albeit by a circuitous route – the prodigal returning home upon seeing things through the wisdom of his Father’s heart and eyes, but only after differentiating the elder, and experiencing life minus its significant qualitative component beyond language and words.
In that vein dual–aspect monism has now evolved, whereby mind and matter are becoming accepted as two aspects of one underlying reality, a view that transcends both materialism and dualism. While dual-aspect monism is not found in Teilhard’s cosmogenesis model, as an evolutionary nodal point in evolution it squeezes easily between noogenesis and Christogenesis, the phase preliminary to unitive consciousness (dual-aspect notables: Teilhard, Bohm, Pauli, Jung, Todd, other panpsychic thinkers).
Teilhard’s cosmogenesis model was revolutionary in its time, Copernican in its impact. Just as Freud expanded the meaning of sexuality beyond the narrow realm of physical sex to encompass a broader libidinal energy – (a vital form of psychic energy underlying human development from birth to adulthood that drives desire, and fuels the progression through the psychosexual stages) – Teilhard similarly broadened the strictly historical or theological figure of Jesus into a Cosmic or Universal Christ, active throughout the entire evolutionary process. For Freud, libido was the “within” or interior dynamism behind human behavior and neurotic disorders. Likewise, Christ was redefined by Teilhard as the Cosmic Christ, not only a figure in salvation history, but the unifying energy present in all stages of cosmic evolution. In like manner, but without defining its substance, Teilhard located the Christ organically, as the “within of things” – the divine interiority or consciousness inherent in matter, gradually becoming self-aware through evolution. For Teilhard, the Christic energy drives the psychic and spiritual convergence of the universe toward an Omega Point, the final unity of all things in God. Just as libido is the inner arc of psychological development, Christ is the inner arc of cosmogenesis drawing all creation toward its fulfillment in the Universal Panpsychic One. Though Freud was an atheist, and Teilhard a theist, perhaps both men were looking at the same energy in personal and evolutionary development using different names to describe its trajectory, with Freud’s being more limited in scope, framed in strictly instinctive (psychobiological) terms.
In cross-rotating electromagnetic energy and information fields, the scientific evidence points toward a spirit-science nexus emerging from a zero–point (vacuum state) of counter–rotating electromagnetic energy and information fields of spiraling plasma. If said scientific data also fulfills Teilhard’s ultra-physics vision, then that vision is indeed Christogenic in nature and substance, updated in the following way:
There are juridical aspects of the gospel message (sin, redemption, and judgement) that remain. However, for Teilhard, along organic lines the Universal Christ is therefore not Jewish, Christian, Moslem, or Buddhist — but Cosmic, a non-local electromagnetic/light energy. Free of all names and bare of all forms this zero-point energy is simply the Spirit of God embedded (incarnated) in the entire created order at all scales, the Source of all cosmic energy, laws, principalities, and powers. One power with many apps — physical, mental, and spiritual. And that universal Spirit is THE light and love energy, radial and tangential, in which all things consist and cohere universally. Every-body and everything contains its light and is contained or jacketed by its light everywhere at all scales, innermost and outermost. Realized or unrealized, persons are light beings and light workers, regardless of any other distinctive — race, color, creed, or intergalactic origin. By no other measure are all things created equal and deemed sacred. As One and undivided in all things, this sacred energy is common property like sunshine, rain, or the air we breathe. Historically, these sacred energies have been denominated, hoarded, sold, used, or abused out of unenlightened ignorance. Such ignorance is owing to wave-function collapse resulting in the flawed thought and perception of the conditioned or carnal mind, and universal mortal belief systems the gospel message was intended to redeem. The thought, activity, and behavior stemming from such lower vibratory (darkened) minds have had divisive consequences following worldwide, an inevitable consequence of violating these higher (spiritual) laws and principles.
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that was made (John 1:2-3).
About the Author
Joseph C. Masterleo, LCSW-DCSW, is a clinical social worker in private practice in Syracuse NY, and Rockledge FL. His half-century of service in the mental health care field includes faith-based counseling, with an emphasis on psycho-spiritual integration. His subspecialty involves developing a novel paradigm for the synthesis of science, religion, and psychology, identifying the energy and geometric patterns that connect the quantum world with space-time. His model explains how spirit and matter can co-exist as two facets of one reality in a unified field, dissolving the walls of partition between previously siloed disciplines. Inspired by the writings of Thomas Merton (ecumenism), Teilhard de Chardin (synthesis), Thomas Berry (ecotheology), Nikola Telsa (electromagnetism), and others, his objective is to tell a new, future-looking story for the Ecozoic Age, one that forms a connecting bridge between the biblical story of creation, modern science, and ancient cosmologies. His columns on these and related subjects have appeared on websites such as The Center for Christogenesis, Progressive Christianity, and in newsprint via The Goodnews Paper, the Syracuse Post Standard, and the Syracuse Sports Magazine, where he comments on sports as reflecting the best and worst of American character and culture. Further information about Joe and his Spirit-Science model can be found in his book, The Ambient Christ, the Untold Story of God in Science, Scripture, and Spirituality, listed on Amazon Books, Barnes & Noble, and on his website www.joeknowsgod.com
