What follows is Part 3 of a three-part series on the Science Basis for Christogenesis. Part 1 introduced the contemporary challenge to close the gap between religion and science, on the science side naming the paired-opposites (reciprocating energies) forming unity and the current data to support them. Part 2 refined the definition of same, further identifying how these paired reciprocating energies are at work on a broader cosmic scale. The subtle, most powerful half of that scale operates as a ghostly doppelganger, THE widespread organizing spiritual principle of cosmic complexity that overlaps and connects things at all scales. Referencing a flow chart, Part 3 links together the important themes usually considered separate by science and religion: light energy, the Cosmic Christ, cosmic energy/information fields, spirituality, sacred geometry, and plasma physics – all working together via cross-rotating paired opposites in the material order at all scales in seamless metaphysical/physical synergy. Part 4 is a summary, explaining how the Cosmic or Universal Christ was the original teaching of the early church until it became supplanted by the religion of the empire serving toxic patriarchal ends for 1500 years. And how the acquisition of knowledge in western culture and education became an exclusive left-left brain endeavor from ancient times, remaining prominent through various historical periods up to the present where it continues its stronghold in academic and scientific circles. 

These dynamisms are the hidden mechanisms that link and reconcile qualia and quanta, radial and tangential energy, metaphysics and physics, religion and science toward completing Teilhard’s vision of a complete spirit-science paradigm, thereby ushering in the Christogenic era. They do so by identifying the organic nature of the Cosmic Christ, introducing all of nature as bearing the architectural blueprints of Spirit (panentheism) that tell a new universe story from the inside-out.

Teilhard saw the entire universe as a vast process of attraction and union, from the formation of atoms to the emergence of human consciousness and the convergence of societies. The evolution of this continuous centration and convergence process ultimately leads to an Omega Point, a point of unifying spiritual consciousness and unity of all things in a transcendent order, understood conceptually by Teilhard as a magnetic center of attraction for the universe, whose interior counterpart in the human spirit-soul joins inner and outer worlds. 

Just as a magnet invisibly draws and aligns iron filings with coherent order, Teilhard saw the Universal Christ, the Omega Point, as the ultimate attractor, aligning all of creation toward a single unifying pole, the way all meridians of Earth meet at the poles. And the polestar is the Cosmic Christ, whose organic presence as light inhabiting matter is everywhere in all things, seeking to crystallize God-self and God-identity in all persons.

Electromagnetism was especially compelling for Teilhard because it is one force with many expressions: (a) electricity generates magnetism and vice versa, (b) it connects particles across vast distances without physical contact, and (c) it underlies both the visible (light) and the invisible (fields). In Teilhard’s synthesis electromagnetism (light energy) is the symbol and analogue to the “within of things,” a hidden, organizing field of panpsychic, consciousness energy permeating the cosmos. And the Cosmic Christ occupies the personal center of this universal field, holding together the physical and spiritual in a single evolutionary flow.

For the author, electromagnetism (light) is not merely a symbol or analogue for vertically caused radial energy (God/Spirit), or a force with many expressions, but is divinity itself, a literal universal presence and power (radial) with many apps (tangential) playing out in space-time – physical, intellectual, and spiritual. And the evolutionary process is a trans-formation (convergence and centration) of all forms of this dispersed energy into a unified cosmic energy culminating in divine-human union.

The spiral, phi spiral (double-spiral) and cross-rotating energy and information spiraling plasma vortexes are but three patterns in an array of entangled geometric forms that combine to form a unified model called cosmic geometry or cosmometry. Cosmometry is the study of the fundamental patterns, forces, and structures that work in synergy, together comprising the foundation of all manifestations in the universe.

The subject matter of cosmometry is basically twofold, energy and consciousness, and their interrelationship; energy being that of which everything physical (quanta) is composed (vibration, radiation, mass, angular momentum, etc.), and consciousness, being that which everything metaphysical (qualia) is composed (mind, awareness, emotion, spirit, intuition, etc.). Consciousness expresses and experiences itself through rocks, trees, and animals, and “wakes up’ in humans, becoming conscious of itself there. Being panpsychic, consciousness is light that knows that it is light, using the mind to know itself, and recognize itself in all things. As the mystics of all religions have known, luminosity is not separate from self–knowing. It cognizes what is, the brain being the transducer of this light. At the same time the physical world has an order and laws (motion, gravity, inertia, etc.) shaped by this non–dual consciousness. Science became “scientific” from divorcing itself from the censoring church to objectively study these physical laws. Coming full circle in its unhindered mission, science is currently trying to understand a phenomenon once considered the exclusive province of spirituality (qualia), investigating the experiences of nonduality via the empirical methods of duality, a cognitive venture akin to trapping smoke in a net.

While religion and science have been estranged from each other for years (divorced via dualistic thinking/separation consciousness), there is no conflict in the subject matter of each, dual and non-dual reality, as each are vibratory expressions of the same energy field. As discussed in Parts 1 and 2, they are paired opposites, a two-sided coin where each complements the other. Physical and metaphysical reality both originate and are shaped by the same conscious, nonlocal (universal) energy field of light. Spirituality is the physics we are just beginning to understand. Cosmometry posits that everything lives, moves, and has its being in this invisible sea of archetypal reality, Teilhard’s vertically caused radial energy. Radial energy is behind all things manifest in space-time, the origin of all visible things (or tangential energy). Inflow and outflow, energy = consciousness = Spirit turns into matter and back. It is present everywhere and in everything though remains essentially unchanged by them, ever the same. Spirit energy is the singularity, the sole source shaping the forms of matter, life, consciousness, and the vast energy of the universe. It is known by many names in the sacred books of all cultures and has many inflections yet refers to a single organic phenomenon. Present as an active power in all religion (and science), it is described as immanent in all creation, concealed under the forms of nature, the figures in religion, and of mythology. And it is embedded in a variety of temperaments and characters in the human drama. Only more recently has it been given due consideration as the singularity, the “spiritual animator” of all religions – light/love as the essence and common property shared by all, owned by none. Most importantly, this light/love/Spirit is the final and irreducible element of life-in-form and gateway to the formless. By this single irreducible reality, every soul is equal and sacred in the most important sense.

Said the Cosmic Christ, I am the gate, (John 10:9).

From a physics standpoint space is not truly empty, its pervaded by what many scientists describe as a quantum vacuum or zero-point (ZPF) of the mysterious unified cosmic field. The author proposes that the vacuum state is the axis mundi, magnetic still-point or universal naval from which all things emerge that religious and indigenous peoples worldwide refer to as God or Spirit. Further, nothing in Teilhard’s wisdom tradition suggests that the Cosmic Christ came to create a new religion named after him, but to transform human nature and consciousness to ever higher levels of awareness in a unified reality of Oneness toward Omega. And via Teilhard, pave the way to a greater understanding of same in the physical sciences.

This field: (a) carries energy in the form of electromagnetic waves and photons, (b) carries information in the form of wave interference (think “blueprints” embedded in energy), (c) operates holographically, so that each point contains information about the whole (a principle often involved in sacred geometry).

In cutting edge metaphysical and physics frameworks, light energy is not just “illumination” in the metaphorical sense, but also the medium through which the universe “speaks,” transmitting patterns that can create matter and manifest in matter.

Sacred geometric patterns (circles, spirals, vesica piscis, fractals, cross-rotating energy and info fields, etc.,) are not arbitrary – they’re mathematical expressions of universal harmonics, symmetry, synergy, and resonance that show up everywhere – in spiral galaxies, DNA helices, flower petals, and planetary orbits. When an information-rich wave pattern of light moves through a medium, be it water, air, plasma, or the living plants it can “imprint” geometry. Such is the study of cymatics, the science of visualizing sound  and vibration through their effects on medium like water or sand, revealing the inherent relationship between sound, matter, and energy.

Plasma, or ionized gas, is highly responsive to electromagnetic (light) fields. In nature, plasma can be seen in lightning, auroras, fire, and solar flares. When plasma interacts with strong coherent waveforms: (a) it aligns along field lines (like spiraling vortex loops), (b) can transfer energy and pattern to matter, rearranging molecules without brute force, (c) can induce localized heating, bending, or deformation, such as flattening crop stalks without breaking them.

Some crop circle researchers (e.g., William Levengood) proposed that ionized plasma vortices guided by coherent energy fields could cause stalks to bend at nodes, change crystalline structures, and leave behind unusual magnetic residues without mechanical damage.

From an energy standpoint, crop circles, the Shroud of Turin, and zero-point anti-gravity propulsion systems, all acting through cross-rotating energy fields, can take energy from the vacuum state of space (radial energy), or cosmic wave information transfer and energize or express it in the living medium of the natural world (tangential energy). The medium is not inert; plants and soil “remember” the energy signature, much like water or sand remembers vibrations in cymatics, or in crop circles, as the body wrapped in the Shroud remembers the form its energy pathways take, each conforming themselves to same.

In creation and cosmogenesis Spirit (light) is writing its own architecture and calligraphy on Earth in the material order, maintaining, renewing, and sustaining it each moment as in an alternating electric circuit. At the same time, along evolutionary lines it is converging and centrating itself in human consciousness toward Christogenesis in the human spirit-soul, the next to last stage in its evolutionary trajectory. The apostle Paul, well versed in his wisdom tradition, well understood the notions of the convergence and centration of energy over a human lifetime of the spiritually enlightened and the teachings of the Cosmic Christ on same. He was well aware of how the paschal mystery played out, not as an external religious observance hearkening back to Israel’s Exodus, but as an inner energy shift from the psychobiology (outer-man/evolutive) of human development, to a more interior locus (inner-man/involutive) in convergence/centration around its terminus (nodal point) in the human spirit-soul. This death-resurrection process within persons contrasted and correlated the decay of the physical, “outer” self with the continuous spiritual renewal-transformation of the “inner” self by God, explained cogently by the apostle in the following verse:

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day (2 Corinthinas 4:16).

In that sense, the biblical narrative and cosmogenesis are a spiritually informed and energized evolutionary process in history whose trajectory converges and centrates toward God-self and God-identity in Christogenesis, an interior process that matures the spirit-soul and culminates in Omega. The flow-chart process reads a follows:

Light energy (information) ↔ ionized-spiritualized plasma mediation ↔ ionized–spiritualized energy embeds in matter (panentheism) ↔ arrangement ↔ visible sacred geometric forms in material creation, among them human forms <–> later converging and centrating in the interior life (spirit-souls) of spiritually awakened metahumans.

Note: the energy flow is designated by the ↔ symbol, indicating that the flow is back and forth in a circuitous motion like alternating current, metaphysical to physical, wave to particle, radial to tangential energy and back in a constant inflow and outflow. This motion parallels the diastole and systole flow of blood in the heart, replicating the dynamic, cross-rotating electromagnetic energy and information flow that occurs between paired opposites at all scales in the universe.
