Happy New Year deep journeyers! I think I got to 2015 the first of our group since GMT etc favours India’s sun rotation over ‘west of India’ . Am presenting a paper in Bangalore 4-7 January. My presentation is the 6th…..Am delighted to be doing this on the feast of the Epiphany….must somehow bring in the timely origin of gold, frankencense and mirror for the occasion! I think i will be the only one discussing the story in the way that I do but at least I am at the table. I figure there is no such thing as religious secular if we understand the root of religare…to be bound/to bind….all our language now is fraught with cartesian dualism, the metaphores of a mechanistic universe etc etc…..lets see how it goes though and at least folks will know where some shanachies are running around!!!!Nhttp://www.sacredandsecular2015.blogspot.in/ I don’t think my abstract has made it onto the conference site so will put it on here in case anyone is interested.
