I want to recommend a talk “Harnessing the Power of Three: The Trinity as Skillful Means” given by Cynthia Bourgeault last Saturday at the Earlham School of Religion. It is not immediatly obvious that this belongs on a website about the universe story but the talk concerns a dynmaic principle in the innermost marrow of creation, connecting trinitarian thought to the creativity of the new story. Trinitarian thought is found in traditions besides Christianity and in the work of Gurdjieff with whom Cynthia B. studied. This is an important lecture for anyone seeking to integrate the Christian tradition and the new story.

    • These connections between the insights of cultural/spiritual traditions can be powerful and right on target when describing physical phenomena regarding innovation . . . evolution of the universe. Thanks for posting this resource. I watched half of it last night and will watch the rest tonight. Cynthis Bourgeault is making a huge contribution toward helping us to see Christianity in a whole new light.
