Join Rebecca Strong, LPC of Strong Solutions Boulder for a 40-minute live webinar where she will offer you a map of mental health that she likens to the 1968 photograph Earth Rise. Earth Rise was the photograph taken by astronaut William Anders on December 24, 1968 on Apollo 8. Earth Rise created something called an Overview Effect; this was the first time earthlings were able to see our entire home planet all at once, all in one image. It is often helpful to have a context, or a map for where we are. When it comes to mental health it is commonly difficult to know where we are on the map. Do we even have a map of mental health? Rebecca has found an image that has supported hundreds of clients and clinicians alike in finding where they are, where they’d like to be, and some valuable tools on how to get there.
