Are you autocosmologically curious? Maybe you’ve dabbled in self-implicating cosmology, maybe you have no idea what that means but something about it feels right—either way, this workshop is an open invitation to explore what it means to think, create, and move through the world as though you are the cosmos.

We’ll begin with some loose, conversational riffs on autocosmology as an arts research practice, touching on how poetry, images, and other forms of creative work can serve as vehicles for ontological amplification—or, more simply, ways of stretching our sense of what’s real. Then, we’ll open things up with a writing (or drawing, or movement-based) exercise to get people thinking with their hands, their voices, or whatever tools they work with best.

This is a space to experiment, improvise, and linger in uncertainty rather than arrive at firm conclusions. There will be time for questions, reflections, and shared curiosities, including insights from seasoned autocosmologists.

Bring a notebook, some art supplies, or just yourself. No prior experience necessary—only curiosity, and maybe a willingness to follow a strange thought to its edges.
