How do we embody being aware and being kind
when so much is painful and scary?
How do we access nourishment and belonging
when so much of what we have known is changing or collapsing?
What opportunities arise from a “wicked predicament?

In “Eye of the Hurricane” we explore how to navigate the tension of crisis and opportunity from a Deeptime Perspective and a place of holding paradox: engagement and stillness, personal and collective, grief and joy. The course explores a map of transformation (spoiler alert: Hubble Telescope photos are involved) and is loaded with meditative, somatic, and experiential practices for accessing internal balance, resilience and stability in the midst of uncertainty, chaos and emotional distress.
