Given how  climate change is impacting all aspects of Earth, we need to develop a new and different culture to deal with it–a Climate Change Culture.  Unlike most traditional cultures that are based upon ethnic origin, language and practices, this article suggest the need for a culture based upon a global economy that is the major cause of climate change around the world.
