At 86 years of age, eminent cultural historian Thomas Berry, did an extended video interview that was intended for historical archive purposes. In that session, he shared his primary concerns for the well-being of our planet at this critical moment in evolutionary history. From that lengthy interview, two essential video talks are now available to the public on this DVD, Thomas Berry Speaks.
Please note: this is not a narrative film about Thomas Berry. Instead, it’s a direct and intimate encounter with him, as he shares his prevailing worries about the dilemma of our time, how we arrived here and what we must do to remedy our cultural and ecological dysfunction.
Thomas Berry is the author of Dream of the Earth, The Great Work, Evening Thoughts, and The Universe Story (with co-author Brian Swimme).
